Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags still attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items, sale items, or any products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Approval: Once we receive your request, our customer support team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days with further instructions.

Shipping the Item: If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. You are responsible for the shipping cost unless the product is defective or damaged.
3. Return Process

Return Shipping: Please package the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our customer support team. The item must be in its original packaging and in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.

Refund: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Exchange Process

Exchanges for Size/Color: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible. We will check the availability of the new size/color and assist you with the exchange.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges: In case of exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product back to us. However, we will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

A brief description of the issue
We will process a return or exchange for damaged or defective items at no extra cost to you. If the item is out of stock or unavailable, we will offer a full refund.
6. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Customized or personalized t-shirts (unless they are defective or damaged).

Items on sale or marked as "Final Sale."

Products that have been washed or worn.

Products that are returned after the 7-day return window.
7. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: In cases of general returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Our Responsibility: If the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in fulfilling your order, we will cover the return shipping cost.
8. Processing Time

Return Processing: Once we receive your return, it may take 3-5 business days to process your return and issue a refund.

Exchange Processing: If you are requesting an exchange, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your request and ship the new item.
9. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately at support@gulabizilla.com. If the cancellation is possible, we will process it without any charges. However, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
