We offer shipping across India. No matter where you are located, we work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the items in your order. You will be able to view the shipping charges during the checkout process before you confirm your order. GulabiZilla often offers free shipping on specific promotions or minimum order values, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we will process it as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process, depending on product availability and payment confirmation.

  • Business Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

  • Processing Time: After your order is confirmed, it will be packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery times depend on your location and range from 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote Areas: For remote locations, delivery may take a few extra days due to logistical challenges.

Please note that during peak times or public holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We always strive to keep you informed and deliver your order on time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this information to track the status of your order.

6. Delivery Partners

We collaborate with trusted third-party delivery partners to ensure reliable service. Some of our delivery partners include Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, and Delhivery. However, we reserve the right to choose the delivery partner best suited to your location.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

8. Missing or Damaged Items

  • Missing Packages: If your order has not been delivered within the expected time frame, please contact our customer support team at support@gulabizilla.com. We will assist you in tracking the package or investigating the issue with our shipping partners.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will assist you with a return, exchange, or refund, depending on the issue.

9. Change of Delivery Address

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. If you notice an error in your delivery address before the order is shipped, please contact us immediately at support@gulabizilla.com, and we will try our best to assist you.

10. Non-Delivery or Unsuccessful Deliveries

In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt (such as incorrect address, no one available to receive the package, or any other reasons), the order may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for reshipping, depending on the circumstances.
